I'm not saying there will be a CR, just that I wouldn't be surprised or disappointed if there was. I've read near all there is from and about SAS and all related parties and I have never once seen SAS state there will not be a CR. They have only said they will consider all options and do what they feel is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. I am not convinced that a CR isn't that option.
I too am very happy with Malone's appointment, but it doesn't in anyway clarify what the funding arrangements will actually be. Brett is not truly gone either "he will stay on as lead corporate adviser through his firm Chieftain Securities".
And yes Anies and V3 recent silence does speak volumes.
