I called their offices and was told the app is planned for Q4 now. Between now and then, I doubt there will be a partnership to blow this up.
The new CEOs will be working for a month or two to develop a strategy for launch. The amount of money in the bank is also not sufficient to cover overheads whilst funding a product launch (advertising, marketing, further R&D etc)
Investors are going to get impatient and pull out because they know a CR is coming.
