Corporate restructures are invariably long, slow and painful. They are not always successful either.
After a long period in the sin bin, multiple court settlements, a debt restructure, a capital raise and a significant acquisition I remain very confident that RFG has all the right ingredients (excuse the pun) to generate a multi bag return from current price levels.
After investing at much higher levels, catching the falling knife, I have secured a sub 10c average cost after committing a significant amount of capital in the 4c 5c 6c and 7c price points.
I am in no rush or need to see any immediate return and hopefully all other long suffering holders can hold fat until sustainable profits emerge in FY 2025.
The simple cessation of ongoing legal defence costs from the P&L, will assist greatly to that end in H2 2025.
With a new name (which I am not a fan of) and renewed focus the light ahead no longer looks like an oncoming train.
