    Micro-X has converted their equity stake into credit.

    If XinRay goes wobbly financially and the proverbial does hit the fan MX-1 can join the line of creditors for what remains of XinRay. However I guess that they would be an unsecured creditor, so there may not be much left. But still further up the queue than equity holders.
