Interesting musings this morning....
Interesting way to compare and project possible share price targets:
If DCC was 9c in March 2024 (MC 70.857mil with net assets of 38.2mil), when BTC was USD70k;
compare that with DCC now at 6.2c (MC 53.7mil with net assets of 39.2mil at end of Oct24 / BTC72k, and currently est. net assets of 49mil / BTC 90k). If DCC regains the SP premium of March 2024, it should be trading at 10.5c (MC 90.89mil).
If BTC goes to 140k over the next couple of weeks, we are looking at est. net assets of 76.5mil, and a possible SP target of 16c+ (MC 141.9mil). Perhaps a more conservative target of around 12c (MC 105mil) is warranted, especially in lieu of possible, almost certain CR on the horizon.
Cannot see how it goes after the raise. Could be a real killer to the SP; who knows. DYOR. GL
