They have taken the long road round. That's why the share price has languished like it has. There was capacity to get a plant up and happening over 1yr ago. They choose 2 years of Springdale first. Good for the consultants but not the best for shareholders. Announceable beginnings of customer interest would change it, but seems they're not doing it, and can't see this going up much without it. Going to be a great buy in several quarters.
