There is a 1;1 rights issue coming at a 10% discount.A further offer will be made to all and sundry. So there will be too much stock coming unto existence. So the stock is falling into a discount again. I can't find the new fund strategy on the WCMwebsite. Our directors have told us it has been in excistence since 2014. I am concerned the strategy is long growth and short value. This strategy has played well for the last few years. I dont think asset allocation s one of the boards strengths. DYOR
