Lets take the midpoint, and say they need $750k pm which totals $9m annually; they have ~3m in Rental + Recurring (data/server/monitoring) which means they need 6m in sales....my estimate is that they will have done ~2.5m for FY2021 so still a long way to go.

As I said, good progress, but they still have a way to go - in 2H, it looks like they will do ~3.2m in sales so still ~1.3m shy of what is needed, (arguably with a larger installed base, recurring revenues and field service revenues increase so there is that, but a lot more of the same needed)

My figures suggest closer to $8m annual spend than $9m - but happy to allow an extra million for growth costs.

With last two quarters revenue of $1.4m and $1.8m - and my own projections of $2.6m and $3.6m next two quarters - that totals $9.4m revenue and covers annual spend.

In other words, CFP by years end.
