I read the announcement. All I am saying is some participants may (or may not) like the fact the investment decision has been pushed back around 1 month. They are still spending money on the assumption they will proceed with the FID. However, in my experience (with capex projects) the primary reason an investment decision gets delayed is because the capital costs exceed the initial forecast. Both parties (in this case PLS & CXL) need to go back to their respective boards to consider the implications.
It's not fait accompli at the moment... that's all I am getting at!!
