It looks like PLS want to prove the process on a lower grade material. If you change the feed quality, the ratio is the same as hydroxide:
Industry standard:
7.5 tonnes of SC6 = 1 tonne of lithium hydroxide (contains less lithium metal than carbonate as you know)
Low grade:
9 tonnes of SC5 = 1 tonne of hydroxide
9 x SC5 = 7.5 x SC6
It looks like PLS want to prove the process on a lower grade...
