Same old same old, give us the real news. How is Bibra Lake going?

This Mid West DC has 2mW capacity, 1.25mW has already been sold and annouced in June and August. There's only 750kW left to sell.
The 2 contracts that were previously annouced:

• June 2021: 5y for $926k =>$185k/year in revenue
• August 2021: 1.78m for 3y => $590k/year in revenue

So they sold 1.25mW for 185k + 590k = $775k/y in revenue => at this rate, 2mW will bring in $775*2/1.25 = $1.24m in revenue.
Not really a lot given FY22 to date revenue was alreayd $1.6m, and parts of the $775k out of $1.24m max have already been recorded (might lose a few months due to the timing of the contracts).

I dont know why they have to do this kinda release when the half year result is out on 25th Feb. Trying to pump up the hype? Given this Board has done a half a*s job of managing market expectations, doubt this is gonna move the dime.
