This probably holds true but factors to consider are, noting I'm not up to date on this:
WEM v NEM difference - capacity is valued in WA therefore peaking capacity may change the economics
Geothermal is competing with other renewables and batteries post-2030, (fossil fuels no longer a peaking competitor) therefore the value going forward could be much higher
These factors can't be discounted.
