Yes I know of GDY.. a lot of wasted shareholder money which I agree has soured Australian geothermal investors ever since. They should have pivoted to their Pacific island projects which would have been pumping away nicely by now.
Keep on eye on Strike's geothermal play - it's not a bad project, though longer term than the gas.. but who knows what might happen in a couple of weeks..
