It is in regard to Alita Resources Limited (aka Tawana Resources) that when into voluntary administration over a relatively small debt resulting in shareholders losing big time. Mark Calderwood was managing director. This company, Midas (formally Cowan Lithium) is a spinoff from the Tawana merger so some of the shareholders here, due to previously being badly burnt, are not keen on Mark becoming more involved.
