Agree with your thinking Steve. They have indicated that there were $30m+ sales orders in hand on June 30th 23 so it does seem achievable - they just need to execute and keep the momentum up. I reckon that scale is the key here. Last year they increased revenue by $10m but wages and materials increased by $8m. Based on their gross margin and the fact that they claim they have the staff and capacity to create $40m revenue then we should see much more of the increased revenue fall in to profit. I only have a relatively small holding but I am reasonably upbeat after checking out last years accounts and watching their presentation.
