I think a lot of companies are getting carried away with putting AI on their presentations....I have conditional formatting on a number of my spreadsheets........is that AI??

More seriously though, it seems that Ava does have something and with over 2000 installations, the have an existing client base who they can approach and indicate they have an updated set of software tools that can provide much more functionality than it was originally installed for (and/or sell upgrades at the same time)......and they could then sign up these clients with maintenance and software upgrade contracts that could be quite lucrative. Add the fact that similar to computer virus protection that 'learns' from attacks on one part of their network, this detection software could 'learn' from the vast network of sites they protect to continuously improve the offering.......I hope something they are thinking about rather than just selling new installations
