The Barkly Operations shares issued to current MDI holders will be proportional.
For example, for every five MDI shares you’ll get one Barkly Operations share.
I don’t know what the ratio will be - but it will be worth holding MDI to get access to those free Barkly shares. For ALK it was 5:1 for new ASM shares. I’ve done very well from that divestment.
Barkly Operations will then do a capital raise to fund exploration, and it’ll be game on.
