I'm pretty sure I know who that seller is (someone I know personally). Sometimes people just want to get out for their own financial reasons, but even if it's someone else wanting to sell because they no longer like the PYM story, it just takes one person who does want a position to take the seller out. If that sell offer was pulled they might no longer be wanting to sell, maybe they'll hold out for a higher price, who knows? Either way, it's just one person/entity out of many holders (all potential sellers) and potential buyers (including existing holders).
Ultimately the fundamentals will make it clear that we're worth more or less than 2-4c, and in the big picture one large sell order at 2.7c (if it goes through) just means someone gets a good or bad deal.
