No..I agree. It is generally a show of hands, pre-ordained 2nd the motion and then move on..particularly as it is a Friday afternoon.

However.....I suspect there will  be very few shareholders attending and I know of myself and one other that will be there and I am travelling 300ks. 

So how could it hurt to answer a few general questions.  Noting that the likely outcome is for all resolutions to be passed i would expect some gratitude from the board that shareholders have agreed to the board members application for additional shares...YES ?

putting myself in their position I would be very happy to discuss with which ever shareholders took the time to attend the general meetings, annual or otherwise..
