When I asked Jeremy Peters if Youanmi would produce gold again his answer surprised me. Eventually he said because Rox has Matt Antill as their General Manager Youanmi Operations. His view is that Matt is doing the heavy lifting and he is famously single minded. He gets things done no matter what. Peters is well respected in the mining industry.
