VMC did a good deal to acquire Youanmi and free carry the future exploration spend but is paying $3 per attributable resource ounce (on the current resource base which will grow and bring that acquisition cost/ounce down but obviously offset by exploration costs) an outrageously bad deal for RXL? RXL have also done nicely out of the deal. Hawkes Point have pumped in $15m+ (close to $18m I think?) for 13% of the company which is over double what RXL paid VMC for its Youanmi 70% interest.
