Bit of random unsolicited advice, but this was also a problem of mine. I suggest researching some technical sell indicators and reading up. It really helps take the panic psychology out of it and whilst with this technique you often miss the exact tops of run, it also gives the stock a chance to keep running and avoid selling early.
My strategy involves the 40 day EMA.
Personally for me setting targets and then using this EMA strategy helps take the emotion out of it and become a bit robotic, to tune out to fear and the FOMO.
