I'm curious whether EM1 will share the subscription with anyone, ie: MTN? As per the 4C, EM1 signed an agreement with MTN to distribute and market their platform. Would this detract from the revenue? I'm conservatively stating that from the $12, $6 is EM1's revenue. Giving me (with 300k subs) Annual rev @ $21.6m, adjusted P/E 8 multiple of $172.8m..
