The majority of directors at ESH are actually being paid in equity (majority of their pay) with one NED Kate Vale actually got 100% equity meaning she was willing to pay tax to work at ESH so that
Kate has a reputation of picking unicorns and worked previously as the MD Spotify and Google/YouTube for ANZ.
