has anyone been able to reliably calculate what EM1 would be left with from the $3M of subscriptions - i.e. the net amount of which they get 64%?
the $3M being thrown around also assumes a strong rate of re-uptake - which has not yet been proven
this could be a slow-burn train wreck until the 30 June financials are released late next year..
