What you say here is really a problem though. Why would someone "buy 10-15 packages for their teams"? How is that sustainable? Does their team then need to sell packages downwards.
I'm very sceptical about the high conversion rate of annual subscriptions. Why would anyone sign up to a year on an unproven platform when there is a monthly option? I wouldn't do that even if was a trustworthy Microsoft/Sony type of deal.
