They got 3M of the net revenue at best, and now we found out that the more subscribers Miggster gets through ICT, the smaller the cut gets. And it's not pro-rated or forward-looking either. The fine print literally states, and I quote: "1: Includes the paying subscribers who were signed up prior to the execution of the Second Agreement".

Then it goes on to talk about how Emerge's "efforts" will be rewarded with a higher retention of EUP. And that's applied as the final step, labelled "commission", before the calculation of Net Revenue? The whole thing is super weird. How Emerge is going to sign up new customers to Miggster, which is only accessible via the pyramid referral scheme and unlock their higher EUP cut is a mystery.
