First time poster on EM1 - not sure if this question has been asked previously, I'm trying to get my head around how Miggster cash receipts only increased by ~$0.9m from ~$8.3m as at 31 December 2020 to ~$9.2m as at 22 January 2021?

To me, this implies less than the equivalent of 8,000 annual subscriptions were sold over the 3 weeks in January to reach the 100,000 milestone. Suggests a significant decline in new subscribers with the initial focus on reaching the 100,000 milestone. Interested to see the monthly growth rate post reaching the minimum milestone.

On a separate point as an investment decision for EM1, not sure how much validity all the bad press re Crowd1 will have or is having. It seems high risk and any reputable party looking to partner with EM1 in the future will most likely look into this and decide to not be associated with them. It may impact EM1's ability to attract future deals, clients and AAA games, particularly for any on the Miggster platform. Time will tell, for now probably best to wait and see if EM1 can make new deals beyond the current 2 on hand.
