there's confidentiality but even a rough time frame and revenue in terms of high 6 figures feels like well within the norm to report.

I totally agree. The announcement appeared to be written to do nothing more than provide a 'sugar hit' for the share price.

My guess is that the ASX sent them some questions about the announcement and they are now taking until Tuesday to respond.
