Hi all, sorry, but I think you may be missing the bigger picture here.

Remember the 'domino theory' that took us to war in the 60s and 70s?

Each country that signs up to a Mik/Kol EVR system makes it a no-brainer for their neighbours to do likewise, if for no other reason than border control (but we know there are HEAPS of other reasons). Remember, if you want to be able to say with any degree of certainly that THAT TAG = THAT VEHICLE we are the only game in town.

I think that, even with the 1.38 placement under way, we'll see some buying on market soon so people can buy in then average down 2 for 9 with the issue.

As for Taiwan.. Taiwan is the Peoples Republic of Who????
