Basically,and its not basic at all but,its trial and error done in 1-1000th of the time.
Its hardware not software,for example more optic fibres on the line the faster the travel of data or nbn compared to adsl, or the Autobahn compared to the F4 Sydney hahahahahah
And done on a Nanoscopic or Picoscopic scale it will become even faster.
