You are wrong about the U.S easily building up its supply chain. Mining permits is notoriously difficult in the U.S. 99% of all mining except oil is outsourced. They import everything.

Permitting is too hard because federal, state and counties all have seperate laws and regulations making things a total nightmare.

The EU however will stream line Vulcan as best they can permit wise and financially. No better company poised than Vulcan. Right stuff, right time, right place. IMO.
