I've no problem with CR as long as it's put to good use.... I have 'faith' in the management team.
It's a great time to explore for gold with record Aust prices ~ $3100.

Some of us old TSC holders need a break and to get into mining potentially so soon with the Gekko would be fantastic.
The possibility of gold production... on site.... for so little time and expense could be the making of EMC.

Cashflow to possibly reduce future CR's is an interesting proposition and would certainly underpin the SP going forward.

I don't see the $350K discrepancy as a big deal... maybe a typo.... maybe something in the other numbers no one's seen.
That number..... in mining doesn't go far anyway.
MC is only $13M atm, so plenty of scope here to improve.
