What a great deal.

Sounds like EMC just made a AUD $200,000 increase in value on the deal at Trident Li.
This does seem to show well constructed strategy and foresight from management.
It also means they could sell the shares over time, get at least 700k and then still be in the ring for a 1.5% royalty, or choose to put 10% of funds in to stay as a 10% holder overall.

Not even mining, yet still making profits.
This is how small caps get up and running into bigger leagues...ie when they can support themselves somewhat instead of constantly handing the cap around.

For me, this is a big tick on the board.
