Crabbe you do not know your rights as a SH but no one could be bothered to stand up a motion could have been moved at the AGM to do a capital raising to pay MIN back.
Every SH HAS the opportunity to put a motion that is your right as an owner and like me could not be bothered.
The only difference is now you are complaining of lost opportunity.
That is what happened with the 249D someone stood up and the rest of the SH rejected it.
So do not say you did not have a chance you did.
