I recall u saying Chris had 600m to spend and that more people. We’re saying TO over JV, which u definitely guessed right now we know it’s officially a TO.
Was that amount cash for acquisition?
Looking at the AWE offer, it seem their 594m offer was also scrip for scrip.
Just curious where u got this number from, and whether it is cash or equity?
