So for every 571 AGO shares we will receive 1 MIN. The record date is 31 July 2018, does it mean till that day we can buy/sell AGO shares and on 31 July my no of AGO shares will determine my MIN share?
I understand the TO price is sound 3.02 cents, what if till July the MIN share price rises more than $16, will this not be beneficial for the current AGO holders?
sorry for the silly Q but I have never experienced TO in my share portfolio and currently trying to work out what will be my best option.
