Understood, but in order for the SP to go beyond 3.1 cent someone out there needs to buy the shares above 3.1 cent, considering the current situation why would anyone want to buy at greater than 3.1 cent. Is this now a waiting game with our hands tied to our back and take whatever you get on the 31 July.....?
