Yes a BS deal indeed...

This may be a bit of wishful thinking but here it goes anyway:

I'm heartened that 150M of today's shares were bought on chi-X.

Hopefully a group who hold a large chunk of Atlas (and not happy with this deal) are buying up in order to accumulate a 10+% blocking stake.

If more than 10% vote no then MIN will have to shoot that lock off its wallet and hand over a bit more cash to get the deal over the line...
