    My apologise if you took it the wrong way. That was not my intention. Just trying to refocus the conversation.

    I believe its a fair price considering what the consequences could have been if no one approached them and the market conditions now and going forward. Not sure on the legalities of the 500m tax break rolling over in its entirety. Anyway cant be used until you make money so good luck to MIN
