    MIN share pre open = $16.90 currently .... new calculation for actual offer worth IMO :

    1,000,000 AGO shares divided by 571 = 1751 MIN Shares

    1751 MIN shares @ $16.90 = $29,597 .... OR 2.96 cps (based on 1m AGO shares) ...... and the further MIN shares slide the lower the actual offer is ??? - just sayin'
