This BOD including the CEO, stacked with appointed directors and chairman from debt holders, have no right to sell this company that belongs to the shareholders that have taken all the financial pain and stood firm and loyal. They should sell out their remaining shares, resign and go back to wherever they came from.
We then need a CEO and a chairman that will fight for the company and be willing to work hard through the tough times that every company goes through.
