The way this works is similar to what gina did with WGO offered 36 if they got to 40%.
CE is now putting a safety net to those that still hold that they can say yes to the T/O but only if MIN get 80%, each way bet but i think holding till the drill hits the bottom is still better.?

I would suggest going over the fine print with absolute scrutiny and professional advise, that is if anyone is actually taking this seriously.

I have equal amounts invested in MIN and NWE - no prizes for guessing where my biggest bags will be from when we hit the motherload of gas and maybe oil.
