@greenleaf, that is a gross, 100% number. NWE share of that is 20%-22.5%.
We've posted previously on what a 250Tj/day plant looks like for NWE - conceptually - and came up with the following:
- capex for NWE share is around 150M for a 250 TJ/day f gas plant.
- EBIT is just that. earnings before interest and tax (cash items) and depreciation/amortisation (non cash items - i have not included here). thats how much money will hit the till and then you have to pay interest and tax.
- for NWE with a 80/20 dom gas. LNG split it will give around $200M per annum EBIT.
- so they could pay back the loan within 2 years and then buy a safe big enough to keep the cash as it comes in.
