Question, who benefits the most from this particular report that just minimally describes the environment!
Why is MIN so keen on the stock then?
If I was buying this company, I would hold back as much positive news as I could, create fear, uncertainty, and doubt about the quality of the stock, then collect as much of the stock as possible from the nervous stockholders.
Then, miraculously start producing reports that indicate that things are better than they actually are after take over, good tactic, pretty basic though.
However, I'm sure this would not happen with a public company would it?
