    don’t quote me on this, but did one poster suggest that your capital gain is worked out on the price of MIN shares when your acceptance is received and processed,
    So maybe if you are to fold it my may be better to accept when MIN’s share price is lower.
    Or maybe it is calculated when the offer is closed.
