YES - NWE CAN STILL PAY FOR THEIR SHARE OF THE DRILLING PROGAM AND 3D.
Go read some of the posts on this if you want to know how.

If they hit gas, then CR will not be an issue.

Getting to 80% is not a given for MIN.
You have gotten all the easy fruit, the people who are left do not want to sell.
Is MIN improving their offer - NO.
So what reason does everyone who has not accepted the offer have to change their mind = none.

Like me, the remainder are here for the drilling not MIN shares.
