He will use this opportunity to wedge existing NWE holders.
He will get to 80% which will provide relief for some of the larger existing holders and ex holders.
This will also add to NWE's debt to MIN by circa 1.1 million dollars making NWE debt to MIN to 9 MILLION dollars there by increasing the amount of capital NWE will have to raise.
The question that NOW needs to be answered is ARE NWE able to pay their debts as they fall due with the upcoming drilling approaching?
