I'm only putting it forward as a probable reason why the BOD did a back flip. (as we know from posts here A few big min holders were holding NWE as well.
A reason no other info came forward may have been for legal reasons. Min may have said some thing along these lines. we have firm commitments from XYZ which equates to ZYX% of your shares. JMO from past experience.
Not unsimilar to what happened over at WGO but GN said she had firm commitments from holders.
