IMHO The bod were entitled to convert their options, of course. What smells a little to me was that the modified offer with the very small increase in conversion ratio was suddenly acceptable to the bod. The coincidental change from conditional to unconditional offer released the bod to convert their options, worth several million dollars, I believe. So was that in the best interests of shareholders or just the bod?
